An early 20th century industrial building in Köpenicker Straße has been converted into residential space for a 12-member 'building group'.
12 spacious lofts with balconies, a new lift and a large roof terrace have been designed, achieving high energy standards without raising the construction costs.
All the lofts include 'hybrid' housing concepts, with residential and working spaces in one, and a strong connection to the exterior through large balconies.
