Paul-Lincke-Ufer

The district around the Paul-Lincke-Ufer, which was built in the early days of Berlin, is part of a lively neighborhood on the Landwehrkanal in the center of Kreuzberg.

After the modernization of the storey apartments and communal areas of the house, heavily damaged during the war, at the crossroads of Paul-Lincke-Ufer / Glogauer Strasse, the attic is now expanded and connected to a new elevator system. The original form of the roof and the corner tower is reconstructed in close coordination with the monument protection and provided with roof windows.

In addition to two spacious residential units, the roof offers shared terraces for the apartments. Each attic apartment also has several terraces or roof terraces.
